Why don't you have a go at it yourself?

    Welcome, rajeshwari.

With forms of the verb BE (am, is, are, was, were, and so on) invert the subject-verb pair, like this,

Statement: My mother is a doctor.
Question: Is my mother a doctor? or Is your mother a doctor?

    Hope that helps.
