    How can I rewrite this email?

    The message is as follows:

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My passport has just been applied and will be retrieved at the end of this moth. Can I book the ticket online at this moment if it hasn't been processed yet?

    Regards,

    Thank you for the correction in advance.

    Try;

    I have just applied for a passport, and I will pick it up at the month. Can I buy the ticket online although I don't have my password yet?

    Should it (="at the month") be " ... at the end of this month", Tarheel?

    Yes. (I meant to say "at the end of the month".)

    Re: How can I rewrite this email?

    There is nothing to stop you buying a ticket to travel to a country where a passport needs to be shown even if your application is being processed but has not yet been approved and the document issued.

    You do this at your own risk, however. In the event of some glitch preventing the non-issuance or delivery of your passport, you will be unable to travel and are likely to lose the money you have paid for your ticket, unless you are lucky enough to have a refundable one.

    Re: How can I rewrite this email?

    A few travel websites require you to enter your passport details at the time of booking so it wouldn't be possible to book a ticket there unless you already had your passport and could provide the passport number and expiry date.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
