Hello,
I am trying to write a letter and I am wondering if I write a sentence "I am completely happy and satisfied about this", whether this sentence means "I am completely happy and completely satisfied about this".
Are the two equivalent?

Thank you,

It is probably not necessary to use both words. I wouldn't use "completely happy" .but "very happy" might work. (The words "happy" and "satisfied" are similar but not the same.) Perhaps:

I am very happy with the way things turned out.
