    The sentence is a mess. In what context do you want to use it, or where did you read it?

    Two things.

    You don't need "or not" in your question.

    For your sentence, try:

    We have never been asked by any of our customers to deposit cash into a personnel account ....

    Perhaps you mean this:
    We have never asked our customers to deposit money into the personal accounts of our staff or of any collection agency staff.

    It's a good idea to limit how much you put into a sentence. It is a bad idea to put too much into a sentence and confuse people.

    If you want to make some kind of policy statement, tell people what you will do or won't do, not what you have never done.
