Russians are a wonderful nation that strikes other by his habits, behaviour and traditions. It is impossible to compare this nation to others because in this big country people, for example, living in Moscow greatly distinguish from people in Siberia.
The foreign people do not know sometimes how to react upon our self-presentation. They name Russian people savage, when they are seeing their way to relax in Turkey, and admire their brilliant intelligences, arriving in the USA to work out IT-programmes. People from different countries are disappointed with the absence of their smiles, but foreigners believe that they cover they Russian soul behind a sullen face. Russia receives fugitives from various countries, helps fight against the terrorism, but foreigners do not understand why Russian people have a run-in in shops, the transport and the street. The Russian long history do not let Russian people to change so rapidly, the Russian mentality brings survivals of the past in new modern life, it is possible therefore we appreciate the family institution, the relationship between man and woman, old and new generations and remain behind others countries in modern technologies. Russian people try to be like Americans, Frenches, Germans, but it looks so ridiculous, that these people are likely to settle down in these countries than they will be accepted in Russia.
There a lot of positive and negative opinions about Russian people. The foreigners can see in them enemies or friends, but it is not impossible to exclude them from the human society. Russian people do not desire to be the best, they want to be on their own.
