    Christmas holidays

    Are these sentences correct?

As all of us are now out of the office due to the Christmas holidays so let me know when you are back in the office when you are available to attend the meeting.

    Re: Christmas holidays

    Perhaps:

let me know when you will be back in the office and available to attend the meeting

    Re: Christmas holidays

Thomas, as you wrote your question, there is only one sentence.

    Re: Christmas holidays

    Shorter:
Please let me know when you are back in the office and available to meet.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: Christmas holidays

    Well, nobody's perfect.

(He should put a comma after "holidays" then finish with the suggested text.)
