    It's correct if it ends with a question mark. It would have to follow text discussing some kind of present situation.

    Then that's what you need to day.

    Who knows what will happen tomorrow?

    It needs to be clear that it's a rhetorical question and you're not actually asking a room full of people which one of them knows what is going to happen the next day.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
