    I will see

    Hi,

"I'll see what you do." Is it OK to say when telling someone in a threatening way?

No, it doesn't make any sense. Telling someone what is a threatening way?

I don't fear what you can do.

That is an unnatural dialogue. These days you are more likely to hear something like:

A:I'll beat the ****ing **** out of you.
    B: Just you ****ing try.

Something like Do your worst would work better for me.

You can reply with a sarcastic tone:
Oh yeah? I'm shaking like a leaf!

    Re: I will see

    A: I'll beat you up.
B: Oh yeah? You and whose army?

That's always been one of my favourites!

    Re: I will see

What about "Show me what you can do"?
    Is it natural?

A: I'll beat the ***t out of you!
B: SHOW ME WHAT YOU CAN DO!
