Could you clarify what this phrase means:
I've lived in London (without mentioning time).
- that I lived in London and continue living there
- or that I lived in London once and don't live there any longer? (Like I've been to London).
Without any context and as a stand alone sentence "I have lived in London" means that at some time in your life you have lived in London. You don't live there now.
