    Urinating isn't

    Hi,

Is "Urinating isn't allowed here" correct? Is it good to write on a wall?

Well, it's grammatical but I don't know whether it's good or not.

Untaught, yet again you are asking us to comment on a random sentence without giving us any context in which you want to use it.

You would be unlikely to see those words written anywhere in an English-speaking country. The general assumption is that people urinate only in toilets. Indeed, in many places it is illegal to empty one's bowel or bladder anywhere except in a toilet..

    Re: Urinating isn't

I have seen signs in some countries which have a rather explicit picture with a red line through it to denote that what is shown in the picture is not permitted. If I had to give it a name, I would call it a "No urinating" sign but the words aren't usually actually on the sign.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Urinating is prohibited here might work better- it sounds a bit stronger to me.

Regarding posts #4 and #5 - One would think it wouldn't be necessary, but yet...
