Re: Do you remember my brother in the UK?

Is there some reason why your title refers to a brother in the UK but your question refers to a brother in Germany?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: Do you remember my brother in the UK?

Your sentence is fine. Effectively, it means "Do you remember my brother who lives in the UK?"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
