[Grammar] Commas after "If clauses/sentences".

Hello everyone,
I was checking out conditional sentences on a website owned by "British Council", I guess. It (website) has placed commas in the first two "Zero conditional sentences", because they start with "If clause".
I am concerned about why the commas are not placed in "First, and, second conditional sentences" where the first clause is "If clause"?

I usually place a comma after an opening "if" clause.
