    Adding emphasis

    Hello.

    Exercise:
Rewrite the underlined sections of these sentences to change the emphasis, starting with the words given.

1 He didn't contribute to the meeting until the end.
Only at the end he contributed to the meeting. (I highlighted my answer in blue.)
(Right answer: Only at the end did he contribute to the meeting.)

    Is my answer completely wrong?

    Thank you.

    Re: Adding emphasis

Yes, your answer is completely wrong.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”

Would you be so kind as to explain me why is it wrong?
