    What sum of money do you start to accept orders at?
    I need to now the minimum sum of money someone starts to accept orders.

    Is my question correct or not?

    It's not correct. A simple way to pose your question is "What is your minimum order in dollars?" Of course you'd replace "dollars" with the appropriate currency.
