object complement, a catenative verb or a possessive case?

    Hi there.
''I don't need to hear it come out of his little head.''

Is the phrase in the bold an object complement, a catenative verb or a possessive case?

    Thanks in advance.

    The sentence is unnatural.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”

'I don't need to hear it come out of his little head.' is unnatural.

With all respect, I disagree that it is unnatural. It is something I might say if I was sufficiently angry.
