[Grammar] passive voice of optative and exclamatory sentences

Can we convert optative and exclamatory sentences to the passive? if yes, please answer in detail to clear my doubt

I had to look up "optative". Anyhow, I don't think you can put either one in the passive voice.

I'm not sure about conversion, but exclamatory sentences can certainly be passive.
"Well, I'll be ****ed!" - Future passive and exclamatory.
Why not post a few sentences of the type you are thinking about.

I believe this is an optative sentence in the passive.

Neither of the above can be naturally converted into passive.
But both types of sentences (optative and exclamatory) can be passive if they are, as illustrated above.
