should not rock the boat and (should) not

    Hi,

''If you want to keep your job, you should not rock the boat and should not make an issue of your company’s dress code.''

I took the above sentence from a website. I'd like to ask if we can omit the second 'should' or not:

If you want to keep your job, you should not rock the boat and not make an issue of your company’s dress code.

I think it is OK too but putting 'or' instead 'and' would be better.

    Thanks.

    They are all OK.
