How to pronounce "mouth's", short form of mouth is?

    Hi. My first post:)

The pronunciation of word "mouth" is:
    if singular - /maʊθ/ and plural "mouths" - /maʊz/

So how to pronounce the sentence "My mouth's watering" with short form?
    /maʊθs/ or /maʊz/ ?

Oh. And is the short form of "be" in third person called Saxon Genitive as well? Or Saxon Genitive is about possession only.

    Cheers.
