What is the differences between " I'm guessing the meaning." And " I recognize this expression and I'm guessing the meaning.'?

I've corrected your title as you've spelt 'guess/guessing' wrong every time. You can use Edit Post to correct the others.

The difference is that the second sentence gives more information.

That doesn't apply to a different context like 'I recognize this expression, and I can use it'.
