Is the following right? For example, can I use "at public high school"? Thanks.
The purpose of this casual comparative experimental research study is to determine whether there is:
1) a significant difference in the academic achievement of students enrolled in the mental health initiative versus students with ED that are not enrolled in the mental health initiative at public high school,
2) a significant difference in the attendance rate of the special education students enrolled in the mental health initiative versus the special education students that are not enrolled in the mental health initiative program at public high school and
3) a significant difference in the suspension rate of the students enrolled in the mental health initiative versus the special educations students that are not enrolled in the mental health initiative program at public high school.
