A labour contract which would protect us from manager to leave after passing all the course we were going to buy?

The contract that protects us in the case a manager will leave just after he pass the course we had bought him.

It's not a "course you bought him". It's a course the company "paid for".

The contract prevents a manager from resigning from the company for a certain/specific period after completing a course the company paid for.
The contract protects the company from the risk of a manager resigning from the company for ...
