    Single page ESL lesson book

    Hi!

I am looking for an ESL textbook that has one page lessons. Any level is ok. Our school runs 40 minute lessons and it has been difficult to find a textbook that has a one page complete lesson or activity. Thanks in advance.

Why don't you use resources off the internet, many of which are based around single pages?

    ***** NOT A TEACHER *****

    Hello, Mr. Perkins:

Now that you have received a teacher's reply, I think that I am allowed to make a suggestion.

Do you know about a series of books entitled Grammar in use by Raymond Murphy?

He explains the grammar on one page and then the following page contains exercises.

This may just be your cup of tea.

For example, on page 76 of my (old edition) copy, he explains "in case" with many example sentences.

Then on page 77, there are exercises for the students.

Re: Single page ESL lesson book

Thank you for the input, I have used the book in the past. I was hoping for something with more conversation based activities.

    Regards

    Mike

    Thanks for the reply.

I have used Handouts Online, but I find the material on the site does not cover a wide variety of levels.
Any ideas for other sites ?

    Have you looked at EnglishBanana?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

There's a book called 50 conversation classes which might be up your street.
