Sorry, actually I am not well now adays that's why it took me some time to respond. I have been diagnosed with TB of spine so I am unable to do anything pain is unbearable so when I feel good I post that I have to post. I am in bed so it is difficult for me but thanks for your help and once again sorry for the delay.

I read it on internet "What is the best age to be?(I think it means best age in your whole life)" that's why I asked these questions because I was also told that it means what is the best age in your whole life according to you. So I think age can be replaced with "place" and "thing" but I am wrong. Right?
