    Are these sentences correct?

    To date we still have not received your inspection report. We have been sent several fax reminders to you since November of last year. Our request is very urgent now. Please send your report to us as soon as possible. If you have any problems providing your report, please contact us immediately.

    Delete "been" in the second sentence.
