    English tenses spelling

Could you please explain to me, what is the correct form of English tenses spelling?

    1. Do we need to use "the" before particular English tense (for example, "the Present Simple") in all cases?

    2. Should we write their names with lowercase or uppercase (the present simple or the Present Simple)?

This question is not very impotant, but I saw differents variants in many sources, so I am a little confused.

    Re: English tenses spelling

    1. Usually, but not always.

    2. Use lowercase.

This question is not very important, but I have seen different variants...
