Because of the importance of the items on your list, I would call them responsibilities.

I am really struggling to understand the difference between a duty, task and responsibility.
I am currently writing a document which outlines what is expected of certain members of staff and instructions on how to carry these out. Such things include: confirming patient's details when they arrive for an appointment, checking through missed appointment reports, completing log sheets, cashing up, general housekeeping, making an entry when we've contacted a laboratory, etc.
I'm struggling with the title of this document as I can't figure out if these items are a task or responsibility, or in fact both.
I hope someone can offer a helping hand.
A task is a bit of work.
A duty is a task which someone is required to perform.
A responsibility may be synonymous with a duty.
I am not a teacher.
