    Remain or be

"A person who can't be happy in his own country, can't be happy in any other country".

Or do I need to use " remain" in place of "be"?

No. "Be" and "remain" have different meanings. You don't need a comma.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I'm sure you have a dictionary or a grammar book. Look up "to be" and "to remain".
