    Is ''Changing weathers and people hurt a lot'' correct?

    The weather changes. Not "weathers".

    In any case, that's the nature of weather. It's the nature of people too. Nothing ever stays the same.

    "Changing weather hurts [people] a lot" = grammatical but not logical or true.

    To use the construction you used in post #3, you could say "It hurts when people and the weather change". It's grammatical but it's nonsense.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
