    What's a beachfront bully?

Following is a (standalone) sentence from Barron's GRE book:
A 98-pound weakling canít attack a beachfront bully with impunity: the poor, puny guy is sure to get mashed.
I'd like to ask what a beachfront bully is. Is it simply a bully living on the beachfront?
    Thank you very much.
Please notify me of any mistakes in my posts. It is much appreciated.

I can't be certain if this is what was meant but on many American beachfronts, you can find "muscle men" - I have seen this on Venice Beach, California. Men go there to work out, to pump up their muscles and to then show off those muscles. Perhaps they are the people referred to here - they would certainly "mash" a "98-pound weakling" in a fight!
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

They don't necessarily live on the beachfront.

The stereotype is of the big bully kicking sand in the face of the "98-pound weakling," emasculating him and drawing the fawning attention of the bikini girls.

This trope began with Charles Atlas courses on how to grow your muscles.
