Could you tell me the meaning of '' I am done working''?

Some more examples are given

I am done walking.

I am done talking.

Are above sentences making some sense?

"I am done talking" is quite rare in AusE. It's "I have finished talking."
I would assume that BrE also uses "I have finished ..." more often than "I am done ..."

Can we say something like

"I'm done doing the same work every day. I quit!" in meaning of "I'm fed up doing the same job work every day"?

Yes, although I would prefer "I'm done with doing the same work every day".

If you used done talking, it could mean that you think it is pointless to try to continue discussing/negotiating, etc.
