    feel thirsty/ be thirsty/ get thirsty

    Would you please tell me if the following statements differ in meaning?

    I am thirsty.
    I feel thirsty and;
    I get thirsty.

    None of them are questions.
    3) is different. 'Get' means become. "I become thirsty" doesn't mean that you are thirsty, and usually would not apply to right now. If you want 3 to apply to now, it has to be, "I'm getting thirsty."
