baggage experience, how can I put it?

I'm trying to find some way to express the idea of knowledge and experience of a job, sport, or some ability. What I found on google its always related to dating, baggage emotional... I don't know if I can use in my context, see..

Could I use something like this?

He's great, when He lived in abroad, He learned a lot about soccer, He got a baggage along the living

    Or even ...

He has a baggage experience during his life.

Baggage does not mean what you think it does. You can write He's great. When he lived abroad, he learned a lot about soccer. The last part of your sentence is meaningless.

Note my punctuation and capitalization. We don't capitalize he unless it's the first word of a sentence or, in some circumstances, if He refers to God.

Why would you want to use the word "baggage"?
I understand the word carries a negative meaning if used as a figure of speech, as in emotional baggage.
