Talking someone to choose/be chosen ?

    hello ,
I want to give you some examples to understand how we can use "to" in some sentences.

-You are the best person to be chosen.

-You are the best person to choose.

If I wanted to mean to say "I know your characteristics and you are good enough this job"

Which one of these sentences above would be correct grammatically?

Re: someone to choose/be chosen ?

    Welcome to the forum.

No sentence is grammatically correct without a capital letter at the beginning and a punctuation mark at the end.

You can use Edit Post to put them right.
