    Asking something

Please let me know if I want to ask something to someone then can I use below lines?

I have some points in my mind which need to be answered.

I have few doubts to be clarified.

Or suggest me something in passive voice.

    Re: Asking something

    The first statement is correct.

The adjective few requires an indefinite article ("a few"). In international English, we don't generally have doubts; we have questions or uncertainties. You might write I have noted a few points to be clarified.
    I am not a teacher.

I don't want to be rude but GoesStation has already answered your questions in an adequate way.
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

Not a teacher nor a native speaker.

Please don't use non-standard/sub-standard English on this forum. "Thx" does not exist. The word you are looking for is "Thanks".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
