    attract/enlist/engage?

    Hello.

    Please help me to choose the most appropriate verb in the following context:

    We decided to attract/engage/enlist another bank for our collaboration.

    I do not feel very much like using "attract" here. I think it refers to attention...

    'Attract' is wrong. Check OneLook for the difference between the other two.
