    Whatever happened

    Hi,

Is "Whatever happened is my fault/mistake" correct?

    Re: Whatever happened

"Whatever happened is my fault" works but I don't think it works if you simply replace "fault" with "mistake". You might say "Whatever happened is my fault. I made a mistake".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
