What mistakes have I made in these sentences.

Hey, I need a bunch of sentences checked. I'm an ESL student and I went to an English grammar challenge contest thing. I'm currently in the appeal phase, If I can find proof backing at least two of my answers I will pass. If not, I won't. I want to study English in college and that would be my pass. I hope you can help me, and thank you in advance. I also would need

Text in bold is what I need checked.

1st task, I have to fill in the sentence below so it has the same meaning as the sentence above.

    1. What time does the next boat leave?
Do you think you could tell me when is the next boat leaving?
    2. Does this train go to Gatwick Airport?
Can you tell me if this train is going to Gatwick Airport?

2nd task, Fill in the sentence so it fits the context provided above.

    1. You're sitting in the classroom on a hot day. You're daydreaming about going to the beach. You think:
If today was a holiday, I would have gone to to the beach.
    2. You are walking towards the bus stop with a friend. Suddenly, the bus arrives. The bus stop is far away, but you think there is a chance of catching the bus. You say:
If we ran, we could catch it!
    3. You missed the bus because you didn't leave early. Your mother says:
If you would have left early, you wouldn't have missed the bus.

3rd task, simply fill in the gap.

    1. Eating well helps your body fight the disease and illness.

I would only go along with B1(B being the second grouping) of your answers.

Why don't you have different numbers for your sentences for easy referencing?

In Do you think you could tell me when is the next boat leaving?, you should have written when the next boat is leaving.

    Corrections are in red.

Do you think you could tell me
when the next boat is leaving?
Can you tell me if this train is going to Gatwick Airport? [Correct. But some pedants might insist you use "whether" instead of "if".]

If today were a holiday, I would have gone to the beach. [You wrote "to" twice.]
If we run, we could catch it!

If you had left early, you wouldn't have missed the bus. [The construction "If A would have B, (then) C would have D" is wrong. Watch out for the double "would have". It's a common error made by native speakers, too.]

Eating well helps your body fight disease and illness. [You're talking about disease in general, not a specific disease, so remove "the".]

As it's a gapfill, they might require a word there where Ca1ek has put the, in which case it could be fight off.
