    read/to read/reading

    Hello!
    Will you pls let me know which of the following choices is the correct answer to the question?

    Q. My favorite thing to do after work is ........ magazines.

    a) read b) to read c) reading

    In my opinion, a case could be made for any of those alternatives. I would use 'read'.

    If it's put the other way round, though, only 'reading' works:

    'Reading magazines is my favourite (BE spelling) thing to do after work'.
