    Why do you think the sentence needs the word "authentic" at all?

    That dialogue makes no sense with any of the choices. If it's really an Italian dish (authentic or not) then I don't see how it can be found only in Thailand.

    There seems to be an error in the question. No single word can work.

    Note that the only N in Italian is the final letter.
