    If you mean a place where the road bends, no. That's called a dangerous curve.

    If you mean that a particular intersection has a lot of accidents, you should say There's a dangerous ​intersection.

    It's 'in', the preposition you're after in this context.

    Personally, I can't see why 'turn' could be deemed wrong in this context. It sounds fine to me.

    No. "In" in BrE too.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    This speaker of BrE would speak of a dangerous bend rather than a dangerous curve.
