    With its lasting history

With its lasting history of innovations in automotive lighting, ABC is the world's leading manufacturer of automotive lamps for cars and trucks.

Can I say "with its lasting history" meaning "having under its belt the lasting history..."?

    Thank you.

    Re: With its lasting history

    No. Try 'its long history'.

    Re: With its lasting history

Shouldn't I use "with" or "having" before "its long history"?

    Re: With its lasting history

Yes, I omitted 'with' for the sake of brevity.

    Re: With its lasting history

Just the last question here. The final version of this sentence would be:
Its lasting history of innovations in automotive lighting, ABC is the world's leading manufacturer of automotive lamps for cars and trucks.
    Right?

    Re: With its lasting history

No, put 'With' back in as the first word, and 'long' is better than 'lasting'.
