    Since you mention Baltimore and New York after Fort Lauderdale, I think it's appropriate to repeat the name of the city the school is in.
    The capitalization of Cardinal/cardinal makes no sense, as you asked in your other question. This leads me to believe you copied that sentence from another source.

    26-acre - don't try to spell out numbers great than ten.
