    decide what I eat

    1) Are you going to decide what he eats tomorrow?
    2) Are you deciding what he eats tomorrow?
    3) Have you decided what he eats tomorrow?

    4) Are you going to tell him what he eats tomorrow?
    5) Are you telling him what he eats tomorrow?
    6) Have you told him what he eats tomorrow?

I don't know if it has to be 'what he eats' or 'what he will eat'. I think they both work.

I think 'what he should eat' changes the meaning somewhat. That would mean you are going to give him advice or an order regarding what he should eat.
And 'what he shall eat' means you are going to tell him what he will eat, whether he wants it or not. ('Shall' make the sentence sound as if 'you' are going to make sure that things happen the way you say they will!)

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

    They are all unnatural.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”

    Re: decide what I eat

I'd accept 1) but the rest don't work.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: decide what I eat

In AmE we'd write will eat. We don't make the distinction some BrE speakers do between shall and will except in legal contexts.
