In order to not disturb people during the morning service

In order to not disturb people during the morning service, the ushers will direct anyone who comes in during or after the Scripture Reading to sit on the upper floor.

    Is the above usage acceptable?
    I need native speakers' help.

Re: In order to not disturb people during the morning service

It's acceptable. I would write "In order not to disturb people," not because I think splitting infinitives is wrong (I don't) but because it seems to flow more smoothly.

I wouldn't capitalize "Reading" unless that was the normal practice at the church in question.
    I am not a teacher.

I wouldn't capitalise "scripture" either. It refers to people coming in during or after the reading of the scripture. If it were the name of a class or similar, I would capitalise both "Are you coming to Scripture Reading on Thursday evening?"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
