    Preposition "despite"

I have tried to used "despite" in my sentences. Would you please correct my mistakes?

    1. Despite being seen by the witnesses close to the bank, the young man could not be linked to the robbery.
    2. Despite his advanced age, the old man was in full command of his faculties.
    3. Despite being married to a rich man, Hannah has never forgotten her roots, and she has helped many people in her village.
