I am applying for an internship, and since my English is not really good, I'd really appreciate if someone can find the time to
give me critics/advices onhave a look at my letter. Thanks for your help!
AsI am a first-year student of a Masterís degree in chemical and physical process engineeringat the University of XXX, studying for my master's degree in chemical and physical process engineering. I plan to specialise in electrochemical process engineering for my final year. I find it really exciting that I have the opportunity through this internship to work on aeronautical surface technology problems and develop my skills at XXX.
Throughout my university courses, I acquired knowledge
onabout corrosion and surface treatment (electrochemical plating, electropolishing) that I had the chance to apply through practical laboratory work. For example, I worked on the surface characterisation of platinum and gold electrodes and studied the corrosion of stainless steel alloys (316L/304). In addition, I also have relevant experience atfrom working in XXX, a leader in the drugpharmaceutical production in XXX, where I was in charge of controlling the quality of the final product, finding the source of any irregularities and coming up with solution to fix them.
I developed my interpersonal,
skills, team work and gained inwork methodology skills through my professional experiences and as a treasurer of a junior company. I believe that my background would help me to adapt quickly to the responsibilities of this internship, and I would be glad to put my energy and skills at the service of your company and be part of the team that contributes to the success of XXX.
I look forward to the opportunity
offor an interview, and I am available to start work on Jun 1 for a 3-month (or less) internship. or less.Thank you for your time and consideration.
