    When you get/seek admission at a school/college or university.

    I am getting admission at Cornell University.
    I am seeking admission at Cornell University.
    I am getting an enrollment at Cornell University.
    I am getting enrolled at Cornell University.

    What is the best way to say that?

    I am applying to Cornell.
    I am waiting to hear if if I've been accepted.
    Great! I just got my letter. I've been accepted by Cornell!
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
