    acquire of or from

    Hello.

    AAA was rebranded to BBB, when in 2014 CCC acquired air springs and belts facilities of/from DDD.

    Is it correct to say "acquire of" or "acquire from" here?

    With of, I would probably use the air springs and belt facilities​ as it suggests tht they got all of these facilities, though I am not sure exactly what is meant here.
