My heart is sad/I feel sad in my heart

When you feel sad about something can you say.

    1. My heart is sad.
    2. I have a sad heart.
    3. My heart has turned sad.
    4. It made my heart sad.
    5. I feel sad in my heart.
    6. I feel sad within my heart.

    Regards

I don't like any of them. 5. is the only one that is at all natural.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”

"I feel sad is my heart" is natural and accepted?
    What about
"I feel sad deep inside of my heart"? Is this one okay too?
