You earn income out of/off your business

Suppose you have a business you earn money out of/off it.

Does she earn enough income out of/off her gym?
John earned record profit out of/off his business.

Tell me which is the best option especially when we use "earn", earn money/profit out of" or "earn money/profit off" your business or services you may provide.

    Regards
